It is practically good that your new Startup might function well. You have probably also realized that you cannot do all the work – dividing work among people will make the tasks more easily met with and efficiently attended to, by professionals who are adept at it.
This is important for any new business developing, to build a team and to grow with the team together.
First and foremost, let’s not forget the power of working your social network and word of mouth marketing via social media sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook or otherwise. LinkedIn in perhaps one of the places where most people get hired and job opportunities are available most. Hiring and management practices are still not exploited to their total potential and are grossly limited to certain defined means that everyone adopts. These are often poorly measured, expensive.
It is important to note that a lot of startups begin to rapidly hire people after investment rounds, and should not be hasty with the process. It has to be given time, and a candidate who does justice to the task at hand should be chosen and not merely because of other reasons. This definition and clarity is a prerequisite in the hiring process.
The smartest recruiters use data, statistics, identify talents and go to great lengths to hone them.
