Now A Wristband Will Track Your Blood Alcohol Content

No need to take out breath analyzer for checking BAC !

Proof- Check your BAC through the band.

We all know traditional way of checking alcohol content, breath analyzer but to use it in public or parties; it is little bit awkward, isn’t it? Well no more embarrassment to you if want to figure out alcohol content. Milo Sensors, startup started by Evan Strenk and focuses on wearable sensors that senses different chemicals in your body with the help of your perspiration from skin. The company is introducing Proof, a tiny band which will measure your blood alcohol content and send the data to app. From the app you can see it for self whether to order next pint of beer or not. Milo Sensors showcased Proof at CES in Eureka Park this year.

Strenk thinks that breath analyzer is awkward to use for anyone but with this Proof band you can get all the information you want on one click on your app. People won’t even notice whether you are checking your BAC or texting someone. One can also contact their safety buddies, family or friends if they have reached more than above alcohol content.

How does it work?

The device prime goal is to keep tracing the blood alcohol level, instead of single alarming moment. Proof transmits the data to the app that very speedily shows a chart of how high alcohol content is present in their blood.  Users also can check their caffeine level too. The company has been doing research for more than two years.

The band will be released within this year although the date hasn’t been specified yet. The cost of Proof will be something around $100 and $150.
