Everybody who has been using Instagram may know that the app has been using various new features since the past few days. It introduced features like real time story updates akin to Snapchat, zooming feature, and now it has come up with the ‘save draft’ option. The new save draft was in testing phase early this year. Instagram has now said that it will enable this option to all users.

What exactly is this feature?

With the help of this, one will be able to not only work on the photos they want to share but even save it as draft and post later just like draft option in mail system. One might see this option when they hit “back” button in the app. Until now, if someone had hit the back button, all the changes would have been discarded.

When did they start testing this new feature?

In July itself, few of the users experienced this feature but it was just an experiment to know how the users are responding to draft option. Since then,the company has running various other tests. This feature will be helpful for those who are busy and want to post their photos later. It could also help various businesses or brands on Instagram page as they can plan their posts in advance and publish it later.

How are users reacting to it?

It’s just a small feature but it is receiving many positive reviews from users via twitter too. The update will be available for both Android and iOS users from today itself.
