Mune a Digital Instrument for Music Lovers

A team from Memorial University in Canada has created a new type of musical digital instrument ‘Mune’. This wireless electronic instrument come with an app and can also be used for the DJ-ing, drum beat sequencing, playing piano & synthesizer. Moreover, it can be also used as a controller to adjust sounds of several instruments. It was designed to be equally capable of the digital production and stage performance to shape sound, play melodies, program loops, mix tracks and control effects.

More about Mune

The Mune lets electronic musicians perform in such a way that frees them from the precincts of the setup of their laptop. Symphony software is used in Mune and will provide apps that can be played out of the box. It acts as a center for the community, Mune Commune, and will also have a marketplace to shop more apps and help developers in uploading their apps for the Mune.
