How this Process Started?
Previously, Airtel has made the information of mobile network public by an interactive online interface and request customers for their feedback to improve their site. Through this initiative, the customers can perceive signal strength and network coverage at any location throughout India by a color-coded interface that displays if coverage is good, moderate, excellent, or non-existent.
Result of Feedbacks
After this step, Airtel received various feedbacks from customers across several touch points like the myAirtel app, Open Network portal, Airtel Stores and Airtel Call Centre.
