Zenoti Raises $15 M For Spa Bookings

Spa Industry Having a Touch of Technology!
About the funding round
When no industries are left untouched by technology; then, how is the spa industry different? Launched six years ago, Seattle-based startup Zenoti recently raises $15 M in a funding round, which was led by Norwest Venture Partners. Dheeraj Koneru is the co-founder of the startup. The funds will be utilized to expand in new regions, including Europe. Earlier, Zenoti had raised $6 M in a funding round that was led by Accel.
Zenoti’s Integrated Spa Management Solution
Zenoti believes that spa is an under-served industry. It needs an integrated, optimized and comprehensive solution to support the business models of monthly subscriptions, online booking, online payment and loyalty management. Zenoti helps salons to run their spa business by developing a cloud-based management platform that manages everything from billing to inventory management. It aims to create a customized enterprise software experience. Even the consumers can take advantage of the Zenoti as they can book spa appointments online or via its dedicated mobile app. The solution has proved to be perfect for large chains in the US and Asia.
If spas have their own booking app, then why would the user go for Zenoti? Please share your thoughts in the comments section below.
