Headquartered in Dublin and founded by Patrick Leddy 4 years ago, Pulsate is a mobile marketing software startup. The renowned global payments company, PayPal, government agencies as well as a leading investment fund backs an Irish startup, Pulsate with $ 1.5 Million in a funding round. Many high-profile investors also participated in the funding round. These funds will be utilized for the startup’s expansion, specifically in the US. It had received a seed funding from VC firm Dunnhumby Ventures, Enterprise Ireland and Delta Partners’ Bank of Ireland Seed Fund.
