Freshdesk now in Berlin, too

Congratulations Freshdeck for the new office!

Founded in the year 2010 by Girish Mathrubootham and Shan Krishnasamy, Freshdesk is an Indian cloud-based customer support software startup. Recently, it opens a new regional office in Berlin, Germany to enable providing customer support across multiple channels such as email, phone, chat, forums and social media. Moreover, it will allow the company to support and grow their mid-market and enterprise business in Europe. As it is, one-third of its business was coming from Europe. This office will be led by Arun Mani, Managing Director in Continental Europe. Accel Partners, Google Capital and Tiger Global are the major investors. Freshdesk is also in Chennai and San-Francisco.

The capital of Germany seems to be the perfect location to offer high-end services, spread local awareness and be an active member of the local business community.

This SaaS startup has successfully managed to widen its customer base globally including 3M, Honda, Bridgestone, Hugo Boss, University of Pennsylvania, Toshiba, and Cisco.
