Xiaomi is not going to go for any fund raise. It is one of the most valuable startup in China and now it plans for expansion in India.

Xiaomi was founded in April 6, 2010 in Beijing, China.  A tech startup that manufacturer smartphone is now one of the most valuable company in China. The company revenue revealed in the year 2015 has reached 20 billion USD. Now the company does not plan to go ahead with any funding. Xiaomi looks self-sustain to carry out its business operation around the globe.

Xiaomi became the 5^th largest Smartphone manufacturer in year 2015. Other than smartphone the company also manufactures a wide range of consumer electronics. Primarily in India the company has sold some of the most successful smartphones. The company has record of high amount of sales in less time. The company has no plans to raise neither any fund nor any IPO as said by the VP to media. The expansion plan is what they are focused on.  It is going to raise its production capacity for India.

It already shares around 75% of smartphone sales and aim reaches a 100% mark. The last fund raised by Xiaomi was in the year 2014 of $1.1billion from the investors. Smartphone’s sells like hot cake in India if they deliver amazing features. Xiaomi has linked with various online ecommerceplatforms for flash sales. By denying any fund raising, Xiaomi looks financial independent and this also signify the success of this startup.
