Startup those who failed in 2015– What can we learn?

More than 100 startup’s emerged last year. Where are they? There is possibility that around 90% startups has already failed to perform for the next year. We will cover an overview of startups that are failing and few aspects that can help out new startups’ to stay awake. It is a big question, why most of the startups disappear without any notice. There ample of funds they receive at startup is enough to power them up for some time, but later the next stages for a startup remains crucial and that define the future as well. A short overview what really is happening in startup scenario is what you read here.

Most of the startup does not survive till second stage – As per a research most of the startups end up before its second sage. The first stage is where the startups pitch and get the first round funding. The second stage to re-generate funding only works if the investors have some confidence left in the business. Or else most of the investor would not prefer to risk their investment. Many startups that make were able to grab good funds at the start were not able to perform in the second year and felled. Major factors involved in such failure could be competition, too much operational expenses, and a low market exposure.

Project Complexity – A few startup fails as they were unable to keep pace with what they had promised. For example a startup UDesign went down when they were unable to under the project complexity. And their budget dried up pretty fast leaving them into crisis. If you are planning a startup then vision is not just enough. A core analysis of what is going to happen is required.

Falling Growth Rate – Some give up as they are not able to get the growth rate what they were expecting. What matters here is to rely on the sustainable amount of growth a startup can capture form the market. After a year working when it comes for a startup to perform well. At that point many startups do give if they are unable to get a substantial growth rate.
