Zenify is a Bangalore-based home rental startup that allows users to search, visit and rent homes within the city.

Bengaluru-based home rental online portal, Zenify is a growing startup that has raised $900,000 in its pre-Series A round of funding from High Networth Individuals (HNIs). Founded in 2012 by three IIT Madras graduates, namely Sudarshan Purohit, Ankur Agarwal and Kailash Rath on the belief that real estate will always remain a booming industry in India. Hence, there is an urgent need of managing home rental services to ease the pain of finding rental home. Zenify lets users to search, visit and rent apartments in Bangalore. In 2015, the startup had raised an angel funding of Rs. 4 crore from Atul Jalan, Founder and CEO of Mathan Software Service, and Gana Yantrika Systems.

The company uses its advanced technology, sharp analytics and state-of-the-art design to provide assured rentals and niche property management services. Its ZRP (Zenify Rental Price) feature displays a fixed rental price for each property that is available for rent as per your specification of locality and squarefoot area. Currently, Zenify presents around 1700 properties available for rent in Bangalore. At an initial stage, the portal had a list of 1800 properties available for rent. It has accommodated 3,500 tenants till date.

Zenify is in competition with Nestaway that is backed by Ratan Tata, Homigo and Zocalo. The recently raised funding will be used to expand its range of services across the country, especially in Mumbai and Delhi as well as to add more employees to its professional team. It visions to become a key player in the rental sector in less than two years.
