Various online property rental and purchase platform fetch a comprehensive database of accessible houses for end user. Particularly when it is coupled with renting a house, a tenant can save sometime by searching online. The next segment is to visit the property, checkout wear and tear, and finalize the rent. Existing online platform are limited to connecting the tenants with the property owners or agents. There are ample of important aspects neglected, faced by a tenant in-case he/she has to finalize a place to live.
To overcome that, Zenfify, a Bangalore based startup is adding features to a conventional online renting platform. It is not restricted to merely connecting two ends, but contributing towards good living. The startup is founded by Sudarshan Purohit, Kailash Rathi and Ankur Agarwal in 2012. They targeted some core aspects that remain neglected by others. For example when a tenant finds a house to live, but due to lack of improper maintenance moving in, is not possible. Zenify has assigned prescribed standard for that. It takes care of repairing any damages and fix things that are essential before renting the house.
It helps tenants to avoid extra cost they bear on repairing the property. A tenant has to pay rent directly to Zenify, which is later transferred to the owner. So it also manages the operation of payment. Owner does not require visiting or contacting the tenant.
