Worth $129, a US startup comes up with a unique and smart device known as ‘Knocki’, which turns any surface like walls, tables, doors, furniture, counter-top and so on  into a touch interface. You can control lights, television, coffee machine and room temperature and locate your phone via its dedicated app. Knocki allows you to interact with your regular functions by softly tapping on the Knocki-attached services. Each of the functions can be executed through different knocking patterns. Moreover, attaching and removing Knocki is quite easy.

Knocki is an outcome of a Kickstarter project as well as Jake Boshernitzan, its co-founder and CEO. The product is mainly useful for young kids, senior citizens or people with vision or mobility impairements. Programmed through its companion iOS and Android app, it just requires Wi-Fi connectivity and four AAA batteries.
