The New Electric Car Service

Renowned cab aggregator, Uber recently introduced a new electric car service on a pilot basis in the UK with 50 vehicles. These new electric cars will be operated by the top-notch drivers hired by Uber. With this, the race between taxi hailing companies continues and Uber seems to be leading in the competition.

This deal is in partnership with Nissan and China’s BYD. The new electric cars are rated as economical in the current market. It is considered as a smart move to enhance Uber’s profile. These new electric cars have tempted people to leave their own cars and travel in them. Uber is working with        other groups to monitor the project of electric car service.

In the coming months, Uber plans to have all its electric vehicles running on the roads of UK.
