Mahindra and Mahindra Group launched a new startup that will offer Agricultural equipment on rental basis. This new startup is called as Trringo. Helpful for farmers and those who are associated with farming, Trringo will provide various equipment on rental. Thus there is no obligation to buy or maintained the equipments. Farming is backbone of Indian economy and such startup would initiate a boost in the growth of farming sector. The group funded the startup with Rs.10 crore. Trringo is accessible through website and a toll free number. Started by the framing equipment sector of M&M group this venture will be a kind of first unique e-Commerce platform for the farmer who is looking to rent agriculture equipment. There is also app available.
Rajesh Jejurikar, President and Chief Executive of M&M (Farm Equipment & Two Wheeler), says “Triringo will offer a hassle free equipment availability that would help farmers to work efficiently with low investment”. Trringo is also open for franchise based business model in rural areas. The franchise holder can get new farm equipment or use the existing one to supply on rental service.
