The circle enlarges when you have to inhale and devalues when you have to exhale. This is app very helpful to overcome anxiety. The main common symptom of various pain attacks are hyper ventilating. Adrenaline controls your breath and if we can adapt it with some external guidance during attack, we can prevent many panic attacks. The app is free and available for iOS devices.
