Tesla embarks on journey to revolutionize Truck industry

Tesla Roadster v2.0 to be the fastest production car

When the world is busy with mundane tasks, one person is on a mission to change the world for better with his companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink , Boring. You guessed it right, we are talking about Elon Musk, founding member of the X.com (which later was named PayPal) and a well known member of ‘PayPal Mafia’ .On 16th November, Elon Musk unveiled future plans to transform the Transportation industry with the Tesla’s revolutionary Semi Truck.

The Grand Plan

When the company is stuck in a ‘production hell’, usually the board of directors and the company’s strategy gurus plan to solve it by staying low in media; that seems to be story from yesterday. Tesla’s Elon Musk doesn’t think so. In spite of going through issues related to Model 3 production, they have launched their future prospect the Semi Truck.

Tesla Semi in Detail:

Tesla Semi will have an 800 Km range on a single charge and can out-torque any heavy duty diesel truck up hill. With nuclear explosion proof windshield, semi-autonomous driving , aero dynamic design, the Semi Truck tries to lure even car enthusiasts. With such attention to detail and advanced technology, this seems to be more than what many expected.

Tesla officially enters into the business of trucking with Semi which seems to be the future of global logistics industry.

Megacharger:

Along with the launch of Semi, the company will be bringing to customers its newest charging station. Tesla’s ultra high-powered Megacharger will be capable of replenishing 640Km of range in as little as 30 minutes of charging.

Roadster v2.0:

Just like Steve Jobs, Elon tried to surprise everyone with ‘one last thing’ by unveiling Roadster v2.0. Which was Tesla first sports car, which is capable of going from 0 to 60 mph in 1.9 seconds.

Within 2 days of the announcement of the Semi Truck, Tesla has got major buyer like Walmart, Canada’s grocery giant Loblaws that has ordered 15 and 25 trucks respectively. While Tesla didn’t release as much information as we hoped, it’s apparently still enough to convince a lot of customers to reserve the new vehicle for themselves.

When problem arises, take it as an opportunity and that’s what Elon seems to be doing with the present situation. With launch of new Semi truck, Tesla has got investors and market attention once again. With new fleet of production line-up, Tesla seems to be increasing share price valuation of company.

Some might call it is in Production Hell, but Elon has many times turn the tables in such situations.
