Startup Fills Your Spare Time with Calls
A much needed app for your busy life!
Introduction to SpareMin
A startup called ‘SpareMin’ is dedicated to fill all the free time you have with phone calls. Free time can be when you are driving back home from work, having your evening tea or something which you can do simultaneously with other activity. Developed by Neil Mody and Oliver Wellington, SpareMin is an app to connect with people in the underutilized time. The app is available for both, iOS and Android. Why to waste time? Take advantage of the pockets of time to talk to people with SpareMin.
Surprisingly, Calls are not disturbing!
Making calls to people shouldn’t be disturbing. You are free, but the other person at the same time can be extremely busy. With SpareMin, you can send a request to the person you wish to talk to. It can be anyone, your friend, family member, colleague or just an acquaintance. If the request is approved by the user at the other end, the app alerts you by sending a notification. The approval process is for ensuring that the other person is free to talk to you. After this, you can happily call that person without any guilt of taking up his precious time.
In case of more than one request, SpareMin creates a queue of callers. The default call is of 5 minutes. Once the call ends, the next user is connected. Moreover, you can get an alert of the person when he/she is free to talk. In this way, you will no more face missed calls or the process of scheduling a call. The calls can be recorded and shared publicly. SpareMin is acting as a platform to create audio content.
For now, the app is free of charge.Do you think SpareMin will work in India? Kind comment in the box below.
