Pluss And Patanjali Ayurveda Team Up To Go The App Way

Pluss, a startup that delivers medicines and healthcare products has teamed up with Patanjali Ayurveda, a company co-founded by Baba Ramdev. Pluss will now sell the products of Patanjali which includes food, health care and skin care products through its mobile app. For now, the sale is confined to Delhi and the surrounding regions. This will surely be a breakthrough for the Gurgaon-based startup Pluss, as Patanjali is one of the leading brands in the country. Patanjali is in the top 5 FMCG company list and holds a huge consumer base. Pluss was founded by Pandey, Atit Jain and Tarun Lawadi in the year 2015, and is aided by companies like Venture Capital, IDG Ventures India, M & S Partners, and Powerhouse Ventures. The new company tie up ensures speedy delivery of medicines and Pluss makes revenue through a share of every sale. The startup takes a fair percentage of shares per sale of Patanjali products. The main products are healthy breakfast items, health products and beauty products.
“We are quite confident of this tie-up with Patanjali. The brand has already secured a position in the list of top five FMCG companies of India with an enormous consumer base and therefore, we, as an on-demand platform that addresses the consumers’ urgent pharmaceutical and health needs, decided to bring them on board,” said MadhulikaPandey, the co – founder of Pluss.Pantanjali that has made a revenue of 2000 crores is in a short span of time is likely to turn out lucky for the startup Pluss.
