Paytm Introduces Various New Features For Merchants And Users

Now Paytm more easier than ever !
What has Paytm introduced now?
Due to demonetization, people now a days prefer online transactions over cash transactions. In Lieu of such demand now the company has added various new features to offer more spontaneous user experience for anyone who uses the app. The features includes additional security layers for users, merchants can accept Rs. 50,000 in their bank accounts. The new update app is very light and works three times faster on any smartphones even with slow network areas.
What are these features?
Self-declared merchants will be able to accept Rs. 50,000 directly in their bank accounts. Every midnight the amount will be settled and the settlement charges will be 0%. Paytm has mentioned that the bank settlement charges will stay at 0% when amount would be settled to merchants’ Paytm Payments Bank account. In order to declare yourself has merchant, one need to click on ‘Accept Payment’ in the updated Paytm app, and then select the ‘Bank Account’ option and enter their bank details and confirm. The wallet balance of self-declared merchant shouldn’t be more than Rs.20,000 post which will be settled directly to merchant’s bank account.
Now one can add money faster on a just a single screen. This makes Paytm’s user experience very fast. One can also set their fingerprints as their Paytm password by this way it makes the app more quick and easy to use. It also makes it 100% secure. Users can make payments by just scanning their recipient’s Paytm QR code within their phone’s Image Gallery. Paytm users can easily avail information and get their queries addressed by 10 million users who are active on the platform with their new community forum platform.
In the past few days Paytm has also announced a new toll free number 1800 1800 1234 which would help consumers and merchants who doesn’t have internet connection to do their money transactions and recharge their mobiles. This will enable million of non-smartphone users to prefer and use cashless transactions.
