At OYO, discrimination between guests is no longer a problem customer will have to face. With its new launch of “Relationship Mode” feature on its app, OYO welcomes unmarried couples or guests with local ID’s; a usual hassle in most hotels.

Many times, guests are accompanied by a friend or a colleague at a hotel because of various personal reasons. But to book a room they often go through a long list of questioning and relationship dissection because of the hotel’s policies.

Through the “Relationship Mode” and “Couple-friendly hotels”, OYO promises the avoidance of such humiliation which is truly a boon for many.

How to opt for “Relationship Mode”

In order to have a better hotel search and find experience, OYO’s app provides an option to users “Relationship Mode” or “Couple-friendly hotels”. On selecting this filter, users can find a list of hotels whose policies do not contain negligence of unmarried couples booking a room. Thus, communication of hotel policies before booking a room is advantageous to both the employer as well as guests.

Currently, couple-friendly OYOs are available across 100+ cities in India including all metros and leisure destinations.
