Orion Labs Raises New Funds Along With Major Improvisation Of Product

Orion Labs, the startup that produces Onyx push-to talk wearable device has raised a funding of nine million dollars from Motorola Solutions Venture Capital and Avalon Ventures. The company will soon launch its product with new advancements like app enabled voice communication. There are already thousands of consumers for this product and the new version will further boost up the sales. The newly raised funding is definitely a huge deal as the funders are eminent organizations. The association is also expected to help marketing their product.

Onyx wearable is widely used in parties, events, and outings where there is a large crowd. People are busy with their happening social lives, and with this product, you don’t have to look at your phones constantly. “We’re making a consumer product. They have an expensive, large, and incredibly important business, and we are focused on the consumer applications for the smartphone and wearable era,”said Jesse Robbins, the CEO of Orion Labs. The new version will have longer battery, decreased size, low Bluetooth energy, and better sound quality. The new version will also have an attachment clip which will help you to wear it in necklace or attach with wallet. But along with these new advancements, the price is also said to go higher. The app is available both on Android and iOS.
The company is in its attempt to further improvise the product by adding a personal touch to it. They are trying to develop something like Siri that can instantly respond to the user’s questions and other queries.
