Oliveboard becomes the third startup to get funds from IEIF

Oliveboard founded by two former InMobi employees raised an undisclosed amount of fund from India Educational Investment Fund backed by Michael and Susan Dell Foundation

Education startups are currently popular among investors. Recently reported by Economic Times, Oliveboard raised funds. The amount is not disclosed. It was raised from India Educational Investment Fund (IEIF) backed by Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. IEIF focuses on powering up upcoming startups related to the education sectors. Last year Report Bee & Guru-G were the first two startups funded by IEIF.

Oliveboard is a test preparation platform for Banking, MBA, Government and Insurance Exams. The startup aims in offering a comprehensive platform to prepare for competitive exams through mock tests, interviews, video lessons, and many more services. It also helps to create a virtual study plan to organize syllabus and achieve desired results.

Oliveboard is founded by Satish Kumar and Abhishek Patil, both working for InMobi previously. Harnessing the competitive platform, education sector still requires lot of reshaping. Technology driven platform are easy to use and accessible, irrespective to one’s location. The startup provides content for students that are curated by toppers and experts. A sorted syllabus can help students save a lot of time in test preparation. Students can also opt for practicing online test. There are thousands of test depending on exams you are preparing for.

Oliveboard offers platform for CAT,CMAT, MHCET, NMAT, SNAP, XAT for MBA students & IBPS, SBIPO, IBPS Clerk, RBI, IBPS SO, LIC AAO, SBI Clerk, NABARD, SSC, RRB NTPC for banking. It is a paid platform, where students can buy test as per their needs. There are separate charges for Video Lessons, Practice Test, Mock Test and GK Test. Oliveboard has more than 200,000 registered users across India.
