What is Vertigo?

Lot of developers has tried various ways to make a social media platform with keeping music as center of the subject. Applications like DubSmash and Musical.ly are pretty much renowned in the list but there is new app in the market known as Vertigo.  It is app which helps you to share music with your friends or the public on beat-for-beat level.  In other words, we can say that you and your friends or family can listen to same song from any corner of the world at the same time using the Vertigo app.

What does it do?

In order to prevent any legal disputes from public performance and distribution, the app links users to their respective premium Spotify accounts and lets them activate songs through it.

Greg Leekly, founder of the app thinks it’s a great opportunity for young millennials and Gen Z for their daily rotuine. He also thinks that Vertigo can be great hit as Snapchat was evolved from same idea i.e. youngsters experiencing and sharing day to day activities with their friends.  The app has witnessed that young millennials listen more to their friend’s playlist than to celebrities.

With side-by side listening to music one can also chat, video and send pictures for swifter user-experience with their friends on Vertigo. As of now Vertigo has signed on Spotify premium but soon it will be also available on Apple Music soon.
