A crowdfunding platform for startups 1Crowd not only helps you raise funds but also co-invests in your company and connects you with their network of partners. Recently, Genext Students raised a funding of $209K (INR 1.4Cr) from 1Crowd. The funds will be used to accelerate product technology development and enhance its marketing efforts.

With this funding, Mumbai-based education technology startup Genext Students can now build a well-advanced, robust technology, expand its team and scale marketing strategies, further expanding its reach in the vast world of education.

About Genext

Founded in May 2013 by London School of Economics alumni Ali Asgar Kagzi and Asad Daud, GenextStudents.com is a unique ed-tech platform with a one-of-its-kind Hybrid tutoring platform combining best of technology-enabled learning with physical coaching.

The two major aspects of Genext offerings include Tutor Connect and Digital Content. Genext helps the students to discover the best tutors in their area using the tech platform, further aided by digital content and tech tools to better the child’s learning experience.

Genext Students provides online tutorials, sample question papers, notes, tests, videos along with tutor connect for CBSE and ICSE boards for classes 1 – 12.
