Cambridge, MA, November 10, 2016<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0– nuTonomy, the leading developer of state-of-the-art software for self-driving cars, today announced that CEO and co-founder Karl Iagnemma will be participating in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit in Lima, Peru on\u00a0November 18.<\/p>\n

Mr. Iagnemma will participate on a panel titled \u201cThe Innovation Economy\u201d that will address how business and government can work together to foster innovation and expand opportunities.\u00a0 He will be joined on the panel by H.E. Malcolm Turnbull, Prime Minister of Australia; Luis Alberto Moreno, President, IADB; and Tang Ning, Founder & CEO, CreditEase.\u00a0 Andres Schipani, Andes Correspondent for The Financial Times, will serve as moderator.<\/p>\n

Karl Iagnemma said, \u201cI am excited to join the other esteemed members of this panel for an engaging discussion about how government can support the private sector\u2019s effort to innovate and bring the benefits of new technology to more citizens.\u00a0 I look forward to sharing insights from the supportive relationship nuTonomy has established with the government of Singapore as we work to launch a commercial autonomous vehicle (AV) service there in 2018.\u201d<\/p>\n
