The company claims that the crash was inevitable as the bus swerved into the car\u2019s lane. The accident happened in the town of Ratzeburg on Wednesday, claimed the German police.<\/p>\n<p>There weren\u2019t any serious injuries occurred in the accident although the driver was injured slightly. Other than that, all the 29 bus passengers were safe and unhurt. Tesla says that it isn\u2019t autopilot\u2019s fault but it was bus that swerved into the car\u2019s lane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Car Driver\u2019s Version<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the crash, the car driver told Tesla that he was using the autopilot and it wasn\u2019t the reason why the accident occurred. Although Reuters didn\u2019t confirm what the car driver said to the company and what are the reasons behind accident\u2019s occurrence?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tesla\u2019s Autopilot Incidents in the Past<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tesla introduced Autopilot cars last October but not as a substitute for actual drivers. It has been under scrutiny since a driver was killed in bus crash in Florida on May 7 while using Tesla\u2019s Model S autopilot car. Ever since then, various crash and collisionshave been reported.
