Why Apple Chooses China? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Apple\u2019s<\/a> CEO Tim Cook has recently announced the company\u2019s plan to build a new Research and Development Center in China. Although the size of the new center has not been disclosed, it is assumed that even the smallest team of Apple will create goodwill in the Chinese government. Here\u2019s why this would be beneficial.<\/p>\n

The Chinese Slowdown<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sales of Apple devices have recently been\u00a0slowing down radically\u00a0in the Chinese market. While China is still a major market for Apple, the increasing competition, and slow economic growth poses a danger for the company\u2019s presence in China.<\/p>\n

The introduction of Apple\u2019s new R&D base in China will open the avenue for the giant to newer technologies as well as an opportunity to tap prevailing talents of the country. A fresh workforce means an introduction of a whole new pool of minds, which might just help Apple hold its ground in the dicey Chinese market.<\/p>\n

Apple also has its well-qualified teams in France, Israel,\u00a0the U.K., Japan and Sweden following up with R&D outside the U.S.<\/p>\n
