It is a ready-to-fly drone, more like the quadcopter. Aero is specifically designed for software developers, unlike other drones that emphasize hobbyists or commercial drone operators.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Specifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The drone is an entirely compiled unit that features Intel\u2019s Aero Compute Board and Linux Operating system, for vision it has RealSense and comes preloaded with Santa Monica startup AirMap\u2019s software development kit. It was partnered with top drone making computers like DJI, 3D Robotics, and Aeryon Labs.<\/p>\n<p>AirMap\u2019s CEO believes that the company wants drones to become part of everyday life. He further thinks that drone can\u2019t be safe unless and until there is proper air space management system which covers real-time information to drone operators, manufacturers and app developers about airspace conditions. The company also makes data available to other backers like airports and regulators for helping them to how and where drones are operating.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>When will it be released?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>By the end of the year, Aero ready-to-Fly drone will be available for purchase.
