The company uses high-end science and finds out what your body needs at cellular level. How the app works?

The first process is to utilize the kit so that it can collect all your personal bio-data with the help of pre-labelled shipping package to their Aegis, College of American Pathologists (CAP) Laboratory Accreditation Program and CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act) certified lab. Later the Habit app carry out testing processes easily with the help of step-by-step instructions, timers, and friendly animations. The lab then examines your DNA and nutrition level in your blood (also known as biomarkers).

With the help of decision tree logic informed of your test results, self-reported information and their Nutrition Intelligence Engine, their proprietary algorithms, Habit suggests and recommends best food and nutrients for you. Then with the help of available insights, Habit’s registered dieticians will guide you with wellness guidance, goal setting and accountability and support. Moreover their team of chefs will turn these dietary recommendations into exquisite meals and be delivered at your door step.
