The Co-founder of Google Maps Lars Rasmussen has joined Melbourne-based startup LawAdvisor as an investor and advisor. According to the news, Rasmussen recently participated in a seed funding round of $1 million in the legal-tech platform and decides to guide the LawAdvisor throughout its next stage of rapid development.

As per the press statement, founder, and CEO of LawAdvisor, Brennan Ong stated that he met Lars Rasmussen in a MaiTai global networking event in Perth. Rasmussen was very engrossed to the mission of LawAdvisor that aims to democratize law and legal knowledge also empowering lawyers with modern-day tools. The best part of the LawAdvisor’s case management service is that it provides lawyers and clients the tools for external and internal collaboration.
