Freecharge Charges Crownit With Undisclosed Amount Of Funding
Looks like Crownit’s got a few new crowns of its own!
After recent investment in health startup Pianta, Freecharge founders Kunal Shah and Sandeep Tandon have once again made a move of charging Cashback app Crownit with an undisclosed amount of funding.
Other participators in this round include Freshdesk Co-founder Girish Mathrubootham and ex-Snapdeal CPO Anand Chandrasekaran.
The Quick Success of Crownit
Gurgaon-based cashback app Crownit was founded in March 2014 by Sameer Grover and Ashish Munjal. Given the title ‘Best Cashback App’, Crownit is basically a marketing app that offers multiple cashback deals. Whether it’s feasting, exercising, pampering, vacationing, having a fun time at the movies or going on an adventure, among many more leisure activities, Crownit offers to earn cash back by simply clicking and sending a picture of your bill.
As per Freecharge founder, Kunal Shah, Crownit has built a sustainable marketing program for offline merchants. The extensive consumer engagement of Crownit also proves that the product has been accepted and truly works!
About the Investment
