Snapdeal has recently publicized a free next day delivery service called ‘Snapdeal Gold’. With the help of this service, users can get next day delivery, free shipping, and an extended purchase protection on prepaid orders in selected cities. The service will be available to the users when they pay for their purchase via credit/debit card, EMI, Net banking or wallet while booking the order.

How this Idea Came-up?

As per the reports, Co-founder of Snapdeal, Rohit Bansal stated that his team talked to 10,000 customers throughout the country to understand the key services they actually expected from an e-commerce company. And “Snapdeal Gold” is the output this analyses.
