Facebook Partners With Kochi’s Startup Village

Aiding the Startupreneurs!
Facebook: Helping hand to the Startup Village
Kochi’s Startup Village had launched its first digital incubator for students known as SV.CO. Recently, Facebook teams up with the Startup Village to aid the budding Indian entrepreneurs. Facebook promises to give a broader exposure to students by providing access to its developer teams. Moreover, the SV.CO Startup program will take its entrepreneurs for a six-day trip to Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park, California; being a great opportunity for the students to share their ideas to the well-qualified Facebook team and get feedback on the same. Facebook being the best example of a startup, the main aim is to make the students understand how the tech companies/ startups work across the world.
Facebook: A boon to Indian Startup Ecosystem
The last news we reported was Facebook is testing Wi-Fi hotspots in India. And, now it is working for students. With all this, Facebook is doing great in India in terms of supporting and building technology. Also, off late Facebook has been funding and acquiring startups.
Plans of Kochi Startup Village
The Kochi Startup Village has plans to support 10,000 campus startup teams all over India in the next five years as part of its second phase. Meanwhile, SV.CO is looking for more similar collaborations to build an optimum startup ecosystem in India.
