BHIVE Workspace raises funds of $1 Million

Bangalore-based startup, BHIVE Workspace is a largest co-working space in the city. It offers a complete gamut of office infrastructure as well as business building requirements like WiFi, conference rooms and networking services.

Founded in 2014, Bangalore-based startup, BHIVE Workspace raises $1 million in a funding round led by renowned technology investor Blume Ventures. With this fund, BHIVE plans to expand its base in Bengaluru as well as in other cities across the country. Moreover, the funds will also be used to attract top talent and develop a state-of-the-art technology to further enhance customer experience in this segment.

BHIVE offers comfortable, affordable and fully equipped 24×7 workspace, especially suitable for startups that are bootstrapped. Shesh Palikar is the  CEO and Co-founder of BHIVE Workspace. 91springboard, Awfis Space, Stirring Minds, AltF Co-working, MyCuteOffice, Breathing Room and Sneed are competitors of BHIVE.

The concept of managed workspace is getting popularized at a fast pace all over the world. India seems to be a great market for it. Only in Bangalore alone, it proves to be a booming and lucrative industry. BHIVE Workspace aims to have around 2 million square feet of office space under  the name of BHIVE management in 6 major Indian cities in the timeframe of 2 years.
