Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, recently inaugurates the world’s first fully functional 3D-printed building in Dubai. The building is said to be commercialized. This unique piece of art is on the Emirates Tower premises.

The 3D printing technology has competitive advantages of lower costs and faster delivery. It reflects the promising technology for the service of humanity and promote the status of Dubai as the topmost global center of 3D printing by 2030.

Covering an area of 250 sq. meters, the building was constructed using a special mixture of cement and a set of building materials designed as well as manufactured in the UAE and the United States. These materials have undergone a range of tests in both China and the United Kingdom to ensure their reliability. An arc shape was adopted for the building’s safety and stability. The exteriors of this masterpiece reflects the most innovative workplace till date. You can conduct  exhibitions, workshops and events in the exteriors.
