It targets those health freaks for providing healthy meals without the prescription of any specialist.
First Eat’s Diet Plans
Agreed, there are numerous startups offering healthy meal options. However, First Eat differentiates itself from others by curating meal recipes from the expert panel of dietitians. They design specific menus with particular health regime such as weight loss meal plan. Also, First Eat gives out the health and nutrition value of the meal packs. The right information on eating and nutrition knowledge leads to better health planning. Nevertheless, the startup only provides freshly made healthy meals. Adding on to its services, First Eat introduced Nutritionists’ recommended diet plans for various aims such as balanced meal plans, weight loss, muscle gain this very month. More plans are being developed to direct health in a better way.
Achievements
As per the TOI news, it currently serves an average of 200 daily meals and 90 daily running subscriptions of Nutritionists’ recommended diet plans in Gurgaon. Their app has seen 8000 app downloads on Android and iOS, and an active user base touching 5000; First Eat has a staggering repeat rate of 67% and is eyeing expanding to other areas of NCR soon.
